Shipping Information:
We pack and ship out the merchandise within two days. Our choice of shipping carrier is FedEx/UPS using standard ground shipping method.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Our shipping turnaround is 2-3 days; therefore, customers have up to 3 days for cancellation given the manufacturers have not processed the order(s) yet.
Returns: due to the high cost of shipping and handling, we cannot afford to issue a refund on the shipping charge nor returned label. Returnable items are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. The returned items must be in original condition as we cannot resale any opened box products. Please contact us at support@waterterra.com for instruction before sending back the returned items. Items purchased more than 30-day since the invoiced day will not be processed for return. Party dresses are non-returnable.
Defective / shipping damages: should you need to report a damage due to shipping or manufacture defective, please send an email to support@waterterra.com IMMEDIATELY or within 30-DAY of the purchased receipt; reference your order number or full name and address. We then will file a claim with the shipping carrier or manufacturer. Upon approval, we will either send out a new replacement unit or issue a refund for you.

We understand your eagerness in receiving the dress you have chosen; so, we prepare and ship the your ordered item within 2-3 days. It ususally takes 1-2 weeks for a shipping carrier to deliver the package to your shipping address.
Please be adviced that our dresses are non-returnable due to the nature of special wear occasions "Prom/Evening/Cocktail".
We'd love to provide you a perfect fitting dress for your special day. Therefore, you may exchange for different size. The exchanged item must be in original condition without ordor or smell. The name tag must still in place. Otherwise, the exchange will not be honored. Because of the time, cost, and availability involved, please kindly measure your size before ordering.
